Corbin hockey has the best staff in North America! It is possible for us to say this because of the committed attitude and technical expertise of our instructors. We care that all participants leave our camp with a positive experience and an improved ability to control the puck like never before.
The instructors are selected amongst a large number of qualified and experienced applicants. Our applicants range from university to professional players as well as coaches and teachers. At Corbin Hockey, the most important criteria has always been the ability of our staff to stop and correct young players in order for them to reach their full potential. Our objective is that the student leaves our school with a significant improvement in their puck control skills as well as having a fun filled experience.
Bruno and Yvan Corbin have 25 years of coaching and teaching experience combined. This vast experience ensures that players and parents will receive a quality program from a quality staff. Bruno and/or Yvan Corbin will be on the ice monitoring and overseeing every student’s progress and skill development.

BRUNO CORBIN – Head Instructor
Bruno Corbin started his coaching career at 14 years of age – that gives him more than 30 years of coaching experience. He has 21 years experience as a high school teacher and coach. He possesses numerous coaching certifications in numerous sports including hockey. His University playing experience also gives him the complete hockey background needed to make a difference in a players skills development. He has been involved in summer hockey camps for the past 12 years and continues to enjoy helping players reach their potential. Bruno continues to be involved in numerous high school sports as well as taking on the Bantam AAA coaching duties for the 2009-2010 season in Thunder Bay.
YVAN CORBIN – Head Instructor
Yvan Corbin has 11 years of professional hockey experience where he has had various success including a championship in Indianapolis as well as being a four time 50 goals scorer. His claim to fame may be his record 75 goals and 129 points in the Central League which led all of Pro Hockey for that season. He has a wealth of experience in teaching at various hockey schools for the past 15 years. Three years ago he was the head coach of the Pacific girls High School team at the 2003 Chicago showcase. For the 2009-2010 season Yvan coaching High School hockey in Anchorage, Alaska.
